What are SHIPPING rates?
Shipping prices will be calculated at checkout:
1,75 for greeting cards
4,95 for 8x10 or greeting cards Bundle
9,95 for larger size
FREE SHIPPING on orders 100+
When will I receive my order?
We currently ship all orders from the workshop in Magog, Quebec, Canada.
Delivery is usually between 6-10 business days (Canada + USA) on regular format (greeting cards, 8x10 and 12x18)
and 10 to 14 days on larger formats , but please note that it may take up to 2-3 weeks (International). The shipping fees do not include a tracking number.
Le Nid atelier is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
What is your return and refund policy?
Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to you (though shipping costs are non-refundable).

Do you ship international orders ?
We are glad to offer your international shipping. In the shopping cart, you’ll be able to select your country and view the options available to you. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
